This is not a desired thing to Haveto do but makes it so much easier with less stress when you have a good experience with customer service agent. The device sucks but the company is okay. I've had a few problems with it and they've helped me figure it out
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE ANY OTHER INTERLOCK COMPANY. It will kill your car and you'll have to jump start it every single time. Going to get your haircut? Get ready to jump your battery twice, there and back. You don't even tell us how to use the device. That's kinda of an important step one that you just skip right over. I am getting it taken out early and switching to Smart Start.
