0 stars if you have intox don’t get services here. The tech lead Alex dosent know what he is doing and makes decisions that are not in the best interest of the customer. Hes lazy driven my personal feelings which is not good for any business. Hes lazy driven refused to do a repair on the intox because he believed the burn out of the car switch was not the issue he believed it was a fuel pump. 1 Hes not a mechanic to give mechanic opinions. Staff is always friendly. Doesn't take more than 15 minutes to b calibrated
Once you have an account, it is virtually impossible to reach Intoxalock by phone. They have an automated phone system with no way to connect to a person for issues that can't be addressed via the automated system. Horribly frustrating.
