This is the second time this year that my breathalyzer has gone into lockout mode for no reason and they try charging me $75 for absolutely no reason. If you have a choice in companies, I would recommend not going with Intoxalock. I’ve had nothing but issues with this unit. Also, now that it’s getting colder outside, it has been draining my car battery. They did resolve the issue with the lockout. We are going to replace the whole thing next Tuesday. Great experience, friendly and accommodating staff, and did much cleaner looking work than I have had done elsewhere. Slightly more expensive than some other places, but their work speaks for itself. They’re absolutely worth the price.
