If yall ever get a chance to deal with Daniel you’re in for the best customer ever. He was the only one who helped me thoroughly. I highly recommend him to any and everyone who has to get an Intoxalock device installed in your car. I give him an A+++
They charge $50 for calibration when everyone else charges $20-$25. They keep claiming they’ll charge me more if the vehicle isn’t with me even though an employee told me to just bring in the intoxalock device. They just charged me $100 for a calibration when I had someone bring my vehicle in because they claimed it was a felony for me not to be present, so apparently they’re willing to break the law if you pay them. From the consisting transferring of the call without even informing me. Also, I was unsure of a question, and the last guy was rude, short, and disrespectful towards me.Especially, when I was constantly passed around, and blood pressure was raised, due to this situation.
