Took over 45 min just to cancel an installation. Got put on hold 5 times and got asked the same questions every single time. Spoke to 4 different people. Sounds like everyone works from home based on background noise. Just ridiculous. I asked for a direct number to call back since I have to call back tomorrow just to cancel my account and got told no just call between 8 and 11 there should be less people calling in by then. This company is a joke.
Great place for installation! Very knowledgeable staff and the technicians are on point and care very much about your success ! They give the correct instructions !
The staff or so efficient and so nice. I love seeing the pups. As much as I won't miss the interlock, I will miss them. Very very helpful staff.
