Install and customer service was great. Just didn't know nor explained the rules properly. For an example, yesterday was a decently hot day in San Diego. I had to run inside the bank so I left my car running because I had kids inside waiting for me. My kids weren't aware of the device rules and testing. I missed the test and have to get the device serviced now.

Got it installed at sound check Kearney Mesa and now I have no power to anything on the right side of my truck I called them and they said it’s nothing they did but everything worked before I took it in now. I gotta take it to electrical specialist to figure out what’s wrong.
