Working with Intoxalock has been smooth and without problems. I have not ran into any issues and have followed the very specific rules with device provided by Intoxalock and Soundcheck Auto staff. The app has been great tool to have as well. What a scam !! They over charge People compared to other places. I closed my account 2 months ago and I’m still being charged when I called to let them know they said it was for road side assistance and that I would have to email them to cancel it !? Why would I have to do that when I don’t have an account anymore and I was never informed of this either. Don’t use intoxalock !
