This place does not work with you. No signed lease means nothing. Customer Service is the worst I've ran across. Even asked to speak with a supervisor and would not be put threw
Sharon Ingle made it easy for us to get things going with Intoxalock. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her demeaner.
Intoxalock sales people are toxic and arrogant. I called in to vet my options and the sales person was annoyed I had questions. He kept pushing me to close the sale, and I told him I needed to be sure I had a device and service I'd be happy with. He immediately hung up on me. He then had the audacity to call me again and again until I told him I'd gone with another provider (Smart Start - they're great) and he immediately hung up on me again. LOSERS.
