Intoxalock got their 5 stars back. I had a recent issue described below, but Patricia in customer service made me feel heard and helped make the problem better. All businesses have hiccups they can’t avoid, but Intoxalock knows how to take care of their customers despite any problems!! I had to change my rating back. Intoxalock just had a cyberattack on their system which I know is not their fault, but the way they have handled the situation with how it has affected me over the last week is very disappointing. Their systems were down for a week. The very first day I could go have my system calibrated, I had to make a payment for my account to be up-to-date since they had not been accepting payments or it would not let me calibrate.
