I previously wrote a review about Intoxalock a they reached out to me to get a full understanding. After explaining to them all my issues they offered me a refund for my violations. It didn’t make the 1 year over my sentence go away but it did help out a little with the reimbursement.
They are very Experienced And know there Work.
I would never recommend this company to no one. Customer service is Terrible can’t understand no one. The equipment is old and faulty. If you don’t pay your account down they will issue a calibration which forces you to pay them in full. I am also Deaf in both ears after I told them I couldn’t hear the device call for rest they basically told me they don’t care put it somewhere you can see it. Run away from this company seriously
