I did give a negative review on Intoxalock. The lack of customer service is why I wrote the negative review. WELL to my surprise, Isaiah a supervisor from Intoxalock called me, not once but twice. He really wanted to make things right. Not only did I feel like a person and not a number, he went above and beyond to make my request happen. I did my shopping for the best blow-n-go service and I am very happy i went with Intoxalock. Thank you Isaiah.
If I could give negative stars I would. I didn’t get any customer service. This place doesn’t call you back. Will not answer emails or calls. Yes I have to pay the money but I would like to have my questions answered.
The installer was pleasant however there was NO instruction besides a very small YouTube video that he had me watch. The questions I asked were not answered and I just had to, and still just figure it out. Doesn’t make this already unpleasant experience any easier.
