If I could give negative stars I would. I didn’t get any customer service. This place doesn’t call you back. Will not answer emails or calls. Yes I have to pay the money but I would like to have my questions answered.
The installer was pleasant however there was NO instruction besides a very small YouTube video that he had me watch. The questions I asked were not answered and I just had to, and still just figure it out. Doesn’t make this already unpleasant experience any easier.
I shut my vehicle off before the time was up and got locked out and was charged for it...
They said they don’t do installations anymore
