Had some issues in the beginning. However someone from Intoxalock reached out to be and resolved my issue and compensated me for my time.
I have called several times to get a new d90 form. They keep sending one with the wrong vehicle information and aren’t understanding that it was installed into a different vehicle. They charged me $40 dollars to overnight one and it still had a different vehicle on it. They told me I would get half off installation and that wasn’t true. I am still unable to get my license back due to not having the form. Very dissatisfied. Speaker works was absolutely amazing though!
Speaker works is great but use any other company other than intoxolock. Just got my device calibrated, but now it says I still have another service in 4 days, yet the website says not for another 2 months. Then, customer service is incapable of determining why or what went wrong, so I have to pay again for another service. Don't use Intoxalock use safedriver!!
