I had an IID installed in my 2025 Chevy silverado RST its was a compeat mess of an install and caused me to have my factory warranty pulled. The chevy dealer asked if I had a kindergarten child install it and void my warranty on a teuck with 9000 miles on it.do not take your vehicle to this shit hole. Everything is done outside because there to many old motorcycles parked in the bay. I had my device redone at cars audio on Clements ferry RD. They are very professional and do amazing work.
Kind and helpful
The customer service is an absolute joke. While I was in the establishment getting the device installed, I had the pleasure of listening to a representative of Intoxalock bad mouthing the customers. It’s a crap shoot whether you get someone on the phone who is at all helpful. The device siphons power from your battery constantly rendering the vehicle inoperable if you don’t crank it for 3 days. If you have other options regarding IIDs, choose those instead.
