The customer service is an absolute joke. While I was in the establishment getting the device installed, I had the pleasure of listening to a representative of Intoxalock bad mouthing the customers. It’s a crap shoot whether you get someone on the phone who is at all helpful. The device siphons power from your battery constantly rendering the vehicle inoperable if you don’t crank it for 3 days. If you have other options regarding IIDs, choose those instead.
