It was a terrible experience. The 3 phone calls i placed were all answered by people that spoke such broken english i could barely understand them. I ended up getting my issue resolved by reaching out to someone i know that had the intoxalock.
I usually always get immediate attention and spend no more than 10 minutes there. On a slightly negative note, they just jacked the price up from $15 to $20 to recalibrate every time you visit.
