The device and help desk are a joke. Please do not order their devices. It is very hard to blow into it. I almost got into a couple of accidents trying to blow into their device. How hard is to make a device that requires humans to blow in a normal way? The help desk can never answer any of the questions. This company is a scam. I will contact the appropriate authorities to report them.
