Mieneke had been wonderful. I didn't go there to get it installed which I wish I did. The palace I did go to, Derry did a scrappy job. My heart doesn't shut off completely any more. And whn I said something he acted as if he was making an appointment to charge me Mummy nope. I left and changed service centers and like I said Mieneke had been nothing short of outstanding! Intoxalock unit works fine however my car won't start, I believe, because they messed with the starter. Unable to drive my vehicle. They also wanted to charge me over $150 the quoted price for installation. Overall a really bad experience.
I have had the device in for years. It breaks often and they will not replace it. They make you pay for protection and other things. They make you pay for a sleeve rental but do not give you a sleeve. The customer support is horrible. If you want to switch to another company it cost hundreds of dollars and they know that. Im not sure what other companies are like but I would never use these guys ever again.
Very professional! And I have been working with the staff for a while now and they are really helpful. Highly recommended!
