Very positive and fast with great service
Intoxalock has been almost impossible to contact. Their phone number posted on their website has no option to speak to a real person. Their chat never has anyone there to respond. After you ask your question - a message comes up saying to contact them during their business hours - even though I'm contacting them during business hours. I searched the internet and found one number to speak to a person from India or somewhere in the Middle East - and all they could do was give me an email address for customer support.
