Even though my unit was not on site at my appointment time everything ran smoothly and easily. 0900 I was informed that I didn't have a unit and I was told approximately when it was expected and told I can drop it off or I could return after their call. Arrived at the expected time, got the call, returned to the store and left. Told to expect an hour or two. They were done around an hour and 15m.
