The shop was friendly and staff welcomed, appointment was at 10am didn't get out ubril 1:32 pm fot installation on a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. Problem was not with the vehicles, but faulty equipment. Lot of my time wasted @! A few days later i got a call from a rep,and he got me a credit for my wasted time.
