I am very disappointed with the service. My representative set me up with appointment, then never heard from him again. The automated system is not set up to speak with my representative. I am trying my best to meet the guidelines but there is no help from Intoxalock. First day I got my device put in, I already had to pay another $131 on top of my installation.
