The worst! Even my service center and the people at the DMV have nothing but negative things to say about them. I had proof that I wasn't drinking and provided a sample showing negative results immediately after on 2 different occasions. They told me basically I was out of luck and had to pay their enormous fees. I was also told I was going to receive a refund for the towing needed ( when it was proven to them that I wasn't drinking on video, again.) I have yet to see that redund.
