Recently we had single digit temperatures. The devise did not work well at start up and it went into violations not because of a breath test, it went into lock out due to the number of tries. It locked me out and I had to pay a fee to get them to unlock it remotely. A few days before that the same thing happened, and I had to have it towed to the Tech center since it would not remotely reset. They replaced the bad (only a week old) device.
