I received a device lockout on the very first day of getting the device. Apparently the device was asking for a retest right as I was exiting the vehicle. Assuming I'd just be able to test upon re-entering the vehicle, I missed the retest. This resulted in having to pay another $75 on the same day I just got the device installed. This was for voluntarily not required by law. The initial quote was $150 for installation and I paid $35 for my subscription. On the way to installation I got a quote that it had changed and would now be $300 for the installation. After the installation I received a bill for $350 and another bill for $45 for a monthly subscription. And there is no way to directly talk with someone at this company I have to leave emails or comments somewhere.
