I received a device lockout on the very first day of getting the device. Apparently the device was asking for a retest right as I was exiting the vehicle. Assuming I'd just be able to test upon re-entering the vehicle, I missed the retest. This resulted in having to pay another $75 on the same day I just got the device installed. There should be some type of trial period to learn how to properly control the device without any violations. At least an hour or two would be helpful. This was for voluntarily not required by law. The initial quote was $150 for installation and I paid $35 for my subscription. On the way to installation I got a quote that it had changed and would now be $300 for the installation. After the installation I received a bill for $350 and another bill for $45 for a monthly subscription. And there is no way to directly talk with someone at this company I have to leave emails or comments somewhere.
