Worst experience ever! Could not get through by phone after waiting ridiculous delays. Charged for resets unfairly. Trying to schedule removal without results.

Although I find the unit difficult to use, cumbersome and dangerous to use on the interstate (pulling over is sometimes impossible) the customer service I received from Isiais was excellent....update: ran into a glitch with the rebate offer and again Isiais came through to assist. Based on his excellent customer care alone I am giving this rating.
