Stay far away from Intoxalock. If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with the Souderton service center was excellent. The staff there were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. None of my complaints are about them as they are not associated with Intoxalock other than doing installs and calibrations. The problems are with Intoxalock as a company.
