The Service Station, RL Smith was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact they will be my Mechanic fromthis day forward if needed. It is Intoxalock that gets 1 star. You never answer calls and I am not a person that does DM. What if this was an emergency and I was locked out. Bad customer service on your end. I will leave the 5 Stars only for RL Smith.
If a problem arises, a customer service assistant will be sure to reach out to you and handle the situation accordingly.
I had my Intoxalock put in my car and they did a great job! They were super kind and helpful!!
