I have been repeatedly unable to reach Intoxalock by phone or live chat regarding a 'missing device'. Two devices were returned via UPS in June
The installation servicer, Avenue Sound in Patchogue, NY was completely inadequate and unresponsive-delaying service for more than a day. When it became clear that Avenue Sound was not going to attempt to be helpful, Intoxalock referred me to Jazz Audio in Centereach,NY- The personnel at Jazz Audio, especially Michael, could not have been more responsive and helpful.
