The repair shop did an good job. and spent a lot of time with me blowing into the device. They deserve a 5 rating. However, Intoxalock phone in customer service is horrendous. I've been trying to resolve an issue for 2 weeks speaking to different reps and it still isn't resolved.
Absolutely awful customer service, I was on a deadline with the court to transfer from voluntary to mandatory interlock device and got 0 help, did not get the form I needed to give to the dmv to give to the court and I am now dealing with more legal issues because I never received the forms needed within the 3 days I was told by a customer service representative… may have to cancel my account immediately depending what the judge says
