Intoxalock customer rep kept pushing me to sign up, did not ask if I had court order or not and signed my up as a volunteer and gave me the wrong paperwork.
It is very easy very simple. If you follow the directions and rules the gentleman that work there made my experience very simple and very easy-going. I thought it was gonna be hard, but they made it very beautifully easy. I highly recommend their experience in their help to all citizens. They made the whole situation very easy and comforting even though for me it’s a high stress situation. I’m grateful for the help I received from Angel.
Called for an appointment, met with Junior and he had the box installed with in 90 minutes. He showed me how to operate the box and had asked me if I had any questions or if I needed something else to come back and see him.
