This is literally extortion. I had nothing but problems with them and I live in the country so when their device failed I had to tow my car 40 miles and they say that they reimburse up to 100 dollars but I never saw it and the fees for everything is ridiculous. I'm all for the actual purpose of the device I messed up and earned that but being a single parent trying to provide for just the three of us and pay all these outlandish costs then anther 275 to close it out and 140 to uninstall which I watched and it took him 5 minu... read more
I had this place install my interlock a few months ago. Worst decision ever! Not only did they over charge me, I was told by Intoxalock that the install would be no more than $100-$150. Transmaster charged me $300. They did not install this correctly. They used the incorrect wire size and cut wires they should not have. I have had nothing but issues with my car since they did the install. I had a new starter installed due to the issues starting my car and that was never the issue.
