So far customer set up of account was great. I’m waiting to see how this goes with after installation. In the meantime time there are supplied videos to watch first a better success of product use. Update, the full amount was way above the quoted so $165 turned into $273.44 because I have a push start, for installation. Bad customer service, my car ain’t the same since they installed the interlock device.

Highly recommended (5 Stars),the customer service is very good, they usually don't take to long to answer the phone (Spanish or English) when I have a question, a problem, payment, calibration day or any other type of problem I have. They have 24/7 Customer Service, 365 days a year, wich gives me a little more peace of mind if I have any problems with the Unit (Device) that has been installed in my car.
