They did not inform the DMV that I had the device in my car so when I went to get my license I had to wait for the DMV to do the job that intoxaloc should have done. The device is super sensitive. I ate a pretzel and failed. And also it takes FOREVER to warm to finally blow. In the winter it could take up to 5 minutes and you are literally sitting in a freezing car waiting for your device to warm up.
Harold explained everything to me very well, and even showed me hands on features. Other staff installed Intoxalock quickly.

I just spoke to someone and they were no help. i reported vehicle maintence and their website had the incorrect date. and of course the mechanic messed up and missed a test. the agent was rude and not listening to any of my concerns. This has been the worst experience and I need help! I wish I used a different company!!! Edit- 3/27 : I spoke with Brandon and he was amazing. Took a little time to hear from him but he called and helped me and even rectified the billing and lockout, etc. hopefully this makes up for all the issu... read more
