The guys at The Works Automotive were able to install my interlock device and have me out of there shortly after.
Kevin did the installation verry quick with device, gps & camera and professional and clear with the directions of operations and biweekly payments information. Made the whole process painless especially since I no longer drink alcohol. Definitely will recommend!

They did not inform the DMV that I had the device in my car so when I went to get my license I had to wait for the DMV to do the job that intoxaloc should have done. The device is super sensitive. I ate a pretzel and failed. And also it takes FOREVER to warm to finally blow. In the winter it could take up to 5 minutes and you are literally sitting in a freezing car waiting for your device to warm up.
Harold explained everything to me very well, and even showed me hands on features. Other staff installed Intoxalock quickly.
