This place most definitely needs to be reported for fraud/scamming the customers. I stay in Minnesota and it’s been a very cold winter. I talked to an agent and per law in Minnesota, you are allowed to unscrew the device and take it inside with you if you’re going inside of a store so that you don’t miss a test. A agent literally talked with me for 10 minutes over the phone and assured me I would not be charged a lockout violation 12 fee charge.
