Intoxalock corporate has clearly not vetted their service providers properly. I have had nothing but problems with parasitic drain on my battery since the device was installed. The device on my car transmits random, false information to DMV. The last time it was calibrated, a Hispanic man's name was transmitted from the device on my car (I cannot trust that the information being transmitted from my installed device is even sending the actual data from my own car.) They are courteous and extremely professional. Great experience with them in a suboptimal situation.
Customer service is terrible, false violations will happen, you will be charged for them. The device will decide on its own to lock you out, kills your battery, wait times on the phone over a hr, the majority for the people who answer the phone speech broken English so you can’t under stand them. There is nothing good about this company. I have a class action law suit in process and we are looking for more people in a similar situation do to the negligence of Intoxalock.
