Update 1/15/25 - this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company ever. They refuse to respond to my multiple phone calls and emails and I am left with a defective device that keeps locking me out and costing me money every week to get recalibrated. Their social media specialist ISAIAS Martinez is useless and will not call me back even though I’ve left him dozens of messages over several weeks. 8/20/24 it’s been almost a month since my installation but I still do not have the form I need to take to the dmv to get my license reinstated yet they keep charging me for the device and also keep charging me shipping fees to send forms with typos on it that the dmv will not accept. My biggest mistake was driving after I had been drinking. My second biggest mistake was choosing Intoxalock as my ignition interlock device. 8/11/24 update - took over a week to get the form sent.
