Great at taking your money, but won't tell you BEFORE you're locked out causing the vehicle to become inoperable, necessitating towing fees to have it returned to the company whom installed said device for them to "calibrate" it, incurring further fees. (But I guess that's the point)
Revised: Had some issues at beginning of installation & service, but they contacted me immediately and made things right. Credit to them for good customer service & actually caring about their customer’s experience with the company.
Can’t get ahold of anyone. Been waiting for over 30 minutes
worst customer service and company on the planet. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
