They had an issue with the install and my truck wouldn’t start. They then said it was an issue with my truck and said they would double check to make me happy. They said you’re going to have to take it somewhere, but it isn’t our equipment. Turns out it was an issue with the install. The arrogance and talking down is what I have issue with. My truck has never given me an issue, and they called me a liar. They said they can’t take my word for it this issue wasn’t happening before. I will not reccomend.
Update: great customer service! They were quick to remedy my situation and concerns! Thanks Was not happy with the customer service. They failed to remedy the situation or offer any helpful advice
