Can't get ahold of anyone if your account is past due, double charge you after you have paid so you are past due even if you pay on time. Got charged a lockout fee of 91 dollars on one end from intoxolock then another 70 and 90 for swapping vehicles. When I asked about the lockout that was not there when I took the car in, I talked to someone who can barely speak English after 20 minutes of call prompts going in circles.
