The team that put in my Intoxalock device was wonderful!! Friendly courteous!! The device itself is really annoying and a driving hazard. Waiting 4 mins after you turn your car off is such an inconvenience. Having to drive while blowing into it and having to read the device afterwards is very dangerous while driving.
