At first I was really unhappy with Intoxicalock. But after writing a review here they reached out to me and made everything good. My advice if you have a problem, reach out to them through goggles reviews.
TERRIBLE! FO NOT USE INTOXALOCK!!! use anyone else you possibly can. They charge you $200 to put it on that takes all day, customer service is impossible to get a hold, then they charge you to take it off that's $600, their rental fees are about 1.5x higher than competitors. If the equipment fails you pay to have it fixed, they say they will reimburse you but do everything they can to get out of that.

Do not use this company for any services. Their lack of expertise resulted in my car’s battery being drained persistently to the point that I had to replace batteries completely. It wasn’t just a small issue. (If there was a wiring problem, it should have been detected immediately.) This happened about 5+ times. I got lucky that my battery was under warranty, but the real inconvenience of my car not starting and having to exchange batteries was a real headache all through a year.
