Service took longer than said and when we went to pick up car no one in front knew how to use the machine he had to call someone from back to help us. Over all customer service was great Kirk was wonderful. I would recommend to others just pick up car early.

I’ve had their equipment 2 days, go with a different company. 24/7 service is really just a third party company which I should have known. They are nice but once they sell you the product getting a real person on the phone is next to impossible. Smart start is cheaper for portable options and they have better equipment overall. The people I’ve gotten on the phone to speak to me have been mean and hard to understand.
