Very proffesional
If you have the option to use another company please do so. They can lock your ignition for fake reasons and charge you $75 to remotely unlock it. Their customer service center is in India..which essentially means you get no customer service. I was told I would get account credit for the false lockouts and never received them. This is my 3rd handheld machine from them in 10 months, it is horribly made, everything one fails they block your calibration until you get to a service center. All very time consuming.
