Karla was perfect
Process went very well. Install person was very friendly, thorough and trained me well on using the intoxalock.
Horrible customer service very inconvenient and hires incompetent employees. Scheduled for 10am today office is closed, their rep is a total moron, blaming it on new staff for scheduling. Idiots. Don’t come here for interlock installation. They better not try to charge the $50 of cancellations.
