Poor customer service and wait time 2 hours
Nice a friendly staff. Great customer service
Installer was great, however the unit would not work because my wife could not blow hard enough. Unit is bypassed to allow driving. Contacted intoxalock for options, never heard back from them as to options to help. This was a voluntary install and not court mandated.
