Good customer service
Joyner lube was awesome, paperwork was not done correctly from start so it took over a month to get installed. The device itself is a pain in the butt, I have bad teeth issues and you have to blow so hard it makes my mouth hurt.
Installer was great Intoxalock it self terrible. Spoke with a Rebecca about device removal and she was very rude and also hung up the phone on me before i could ask another question. spoke with a representative on Tuesday and she was very helpful. But then today rebecca was so rude. This company has no problem processing you in to start taking your money but also no problem draging their feet to get it out so that they might charge you more money!!!!!
