Everything as far as the service was fine. The installer was late arriving during our time window with no call to let me know he was running late. Once he finished I opened the door to my vehicle and the steps to my truck will no longer come down. He called his boss and his boss said possibly from the doors being open to long so I waited several hours and they still do not work.
