I have had a terrible experience with Interlock. I have been left stranded multiple times because their device is draining and killing my car. The device has caused ongoing vehicle issues, yet when I requested help, they refused to tow my vehicle for required maintenance, leaving me stuck and stressed. On top of that, Interlock is way more expensive than other interlock companies, with fees adding up quickly and no real support when problems happen. Customer service is another major issue.
