Never answered my calls and yet initial call , which she was great the first day but never heard from her again
My car is 20+ years old, and I was charged upwards of $250.00. This company told me it was going to be $150-200. I was quoted very much less from other resources because I had an older car. Intoxalock called me relentlessly every day until I got the installation. Not only by Leslie Brown but also by another gentleman in the sales department. My recalibration is due on Memorial Day. My calibration facility is not open on Sunday. Not sure if they are open on Memorial Day. No one @Intoxalock is responding in person. Trying to get ahead of this recalibration. The situation has been satisfactory resolved. They did very well. I will and do recommend this service.
