Great idea flawed application lincoln automotive is great! The intoxicated app is worthless and does not work
I'm giving them 3 stars because the representative was polite. Although he did not disclose all fees at the time of the verbal contact over the phone. I was informed I could pay once a month,but I found out I can't. You are charged every two weeks, which means taxes are added as well. I requested not to have the $6 a month protection coverage, but it was still added. I’m so happy that I used Lincoln automotive for this processes. The installation was flawless and efficient, as well as there customer service each visit since. The device I had was malfunctioning, as lots of these devices do, and the lady that runs the front office went above and beyond to get it replaced for me, and got them to reverse the charges from Intoxalock! From day 1, she has been professional, polite, and has made this embarrassing situation I put myself in so much easier to navigate. I will use them for all my au... read more
