Hall’s provides extraordinary service. Way above and beyond. Very fair pricing. Very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions. For radio electronics or interstate batteries it’s the place to go. I can’t say the same for Intoxalock. The device worked 1-1/2 days then I was locked out. There was no offer to send a tow truck even though it was the device that failed. I was told to disconnect the device and take it to a service center for exchange.
