Outstanding service and professional quality work done by TFM themselves. Great company. I haven’t had many issues with intoxalock so far, contrary to all the negative things I keep hearing about them. This month 2 for me. They could relax on how often the retest period is. Especially when you’re driving in heavy traffic and it makes you retest. All in all I can’t complain about a device I shouldn’t have installed in the first place. Would highly recommend TFMComm for any accessories you want installed on your vehicle!
I would not recommend intoxalock at all. I’m currently on month 7 with them and I’ve had issues since the start. From my device tweaking out to customer service saying things that aren’t true to getting locked out and paying $75 fees. I’m currently looking for another provider
