Intoxalock is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to a live person. They won’t help troubleshoot. The device takes to much of the car battery and once it’s dead and charged it still won’t start and needs to be towed back to the installer at my expense to make sure it hasn’t been tampered with. They won’t answer when calling for your number so I’ve had to block my number so they think you’re a new install but once they get your information it’s impossible to talk to anyone.
