Tried to set up an account with them a few years ago, but never did, we just recently tried again but through a different company, we'll I guess that signaled intoxalock, because I received a call while on the call with the other company, the guy (Ricardo) who called from intoxalock was extremely rude acting as if I called him, as I tried to explain the matter and that I was phone with someone else, he then began asking who I was on the phone with (very unpleasant) he would answer my questions with angry questions, so I just... read more
Don’t recommend Intoxalock,they never answer phone calls, and never have there data up to date
Intoxalock themselves not good their equipment messed up my $82,000 brand new truck and blamed my truck and not their equipment, now RJ auto on the other hand James the owner is great and easy to work with nice guy it has been a pleasure working with him.
